Maxwell is working as the Chief Executive Officer for Swift Street Enterprise LLC. Organized, honest, hard-working, and determined to strive for better in any way possible. Maxwell graduated from Lawson High School and Excelsior Springs area, career center where he learned; commercial, and residential electrical maintenance.

​Kendrick is a dynamic and experienced executive with a proven track record across multiple industries. Kendrick serves as Chief Financial Officer for Swift Street. In addition to his role at Swift Street, Kendrick holds multiple executive positions, including Director of Sales at Geno's Clothiers, which offers high-end menswear and personalized service in the Kansas City area. He is also the Managing Director at both Consolidated Liquidity Partners, providing business development services, consulting, and financing solutions, and Kendrick Kramer LLC, specializing in insurance brokerage and consulting services. Kendrick also serves as President of KRAMCO Holdings, which acquires, owns, and operates businesses within the retail, financial services, and personal service sectors.  Kendrick’s wide-ranging expertise in business development, sales leadership, and financial services, coupled with a customer-focused approach, positions him as a versatile leader capable of driving growth and success across diverse sectors.
